I kindly request you that please resolve the problem or change the product or refund my amount.

Updated by akporwal Today I have received calls from mobile no [protected] and [protected] at about 12 noon. They informed me to send the technician within two hours but no technician came. In the evening I call back to [protected]. Again he informed me to send the technician within 20 minutes but problem is still unsolved.
