We have raised request to replace broken tap for our water filter 2 weeks back (On 29th nov 2017) and it is not replaced till date.
We called customer care and the assigned technician multiple times with no luck.
Customer care team mentions that it will be addressed on priority with no action and technician says that there is no stock available for taps and donot know the date when they will get the stock.
Tap is such a small part and less value - still this is not being taken care.
If i call for extension of amc, they will reach us within 2-3 hrs to get the amc renewal amount, but the same kind of response is not shown for any issues in the water filter.
They are charging hefty price of rs.4800/- per year for renewal - all they do is replace the filters once an year. Was this information helpful? |
