[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — availability of insufficient water from the pipe of aquaguard | |||
I am very sorry to inform that while in crisis, it is very difficult to get the due service from your company and the helpline number as published in every receipt/bill is hardly available with a remarjk from other side that it is temporarily withdrawn. why not any other alternative number to contact. This equipment was purchased from Eureka Forbes during May 2018 and I have made AMC on 25.06.2019 till 24.06.2020. For the last few days the water coming out from the machine is very insufficient and it takes roughly 40/45 minutes to fill up a 1 litter bottle of water.Since the mentioned helpline [protected] is of no use, i find no other alternative but to approach your office.Tried to contact the person who came for 1st service and the AMC Mr. Uttam. Dutta but he simple advised to complain thru helpline.I need the contact addres of a responsible officer to whom i may contact when helpline becomes unhelpful. I am a senior citizen and a former senior officer of the Govt.of India and my address is Madhyamgram, Chandangarh, R.S, Prantik Apptt, 2nd floor, Flat S 1 Kolkata - 700129, mob numbers- 91 [protected], [protected]. Durga Puja is a national festival in Wet Bengal and good number of relatives/guests used to visit every family, I would appreciate an urgent step from your office so that I do not gave to face this sudden water crisis due to what reason that your company only knows.
