[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — brand new aquaguard reviva ro+uv not working | |||
I had purchased an aquaguard reviva ro+uv on 28 july 2018. Customer id [protected]. On 3rd oct, it stopped working, it was not getting on. I immediately placed a complaint. Complaint number: [protected]. The technician visited my place. He was unable to pinpoint the issue. Finally he said the pcb has to be changed. He said he will call me and get this done the next day. But nothing was done. I spoke to neelima a senior customer care supervisor on 5th oct as well. She connected me to ayappa, technical supervisor. He said he will get the part and get it replaced. He promised to give me a call with the information. But he did not call back. I kept calling him to get the information. On 6th oct, he finally picked up my call saying the part is unavailable in the whole of bangalore!!! And then said it will come by monday. On monday (Today morning, 8th oct) again when i didn't get any phone call, i called him again. After multiple calls, he picked up and said that he will speak to his senior supervisor and see what can be done for the procurement of the part. The problem remains unresolved. I had exchanged my previous aquaguard ro because i was told that the integra hi-life model has been discontinued and i would not receive any service or part. And now with the new ro am facing the same issue!!! It is very difficult for me to believe that a part of a new product is also unavailable in the whole of bangalore. I am deeply disappointed. I am an aquaguard user for the past 15 years and have never faced such lack of customer care. I am using canned water for the past 6 days inspite of having a brand new ro water filter in my home!
