[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Brand new Nano RO not working | |||||
Hello, I had purchased Nano RO from Eureka Forbes on 2nd July 2016 after paying Rs.10600/-. The unit stopped working on 27th September 2016. Since then I am continuously in followup with local service team and the central service team as well. I have conveyed the seriousness of the issue through email, phone call etc. Today is 01st october 2016 and still I am being given empty promises saying the problem would be resolved soon. They are not willing to replace the faulty unit. Imagine a RO unit purchased after paying Rs.10600 undergoes a breakdown maintenance every 3months and down time is more than a week ! this is the brand value of Eureka forbes. Guys please be careful while choosing NANO RO by Eureka forbes. We will be cheated of money and very poor support. Was this information helpful? | |||||
