Your representative Mr. Sumanto, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) Area, Mobile No. [protected] have taken AMC on behalf of Eureka Forbes for 01 Year by AMC Amount Rs. 6200 approx. But till date he has not visited in the vidyalaya even though several reminders on mobile. I have also complain through SMS on complain No. [protected], but till date no vain. You are requested to indulge your personal intention to resolve the case immediate to avoid any further step, being a government agency.

I have purchased aquagurard and have raised a request for installation on 10/April/2017. (request ID [protected])

After so much follow ups and requests, there has been no response from Eureka Forbes.

Please let me know if it will be ever installed or should I just return the product.
