[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — charging amc of rs 5020 and taking away the candles along with them

Eureka forbes is cheating people by charging amcof rs 5020 which they do not mention during the time of purchase. They make people fool by saying that they have to change the 4 filters every year and for that they have to pay 5020 rupees or more every year. After changing the candles the workmen took away the old candles with them, though we asked them to leave it with us as we were paying for them. But they refused to return saying that the company asks for it. Now eaither the company is making money by reconditioning the old filters and selling them as new or the franchise. No mention of this amc and the other details ia mentioned anywhere in the receipt. Please look into it or i ll have to report this in the consumer forum so that i get the rihht information.
