[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Classic plus water purifier | |||
Hi team, This is sandhya harchekar from pune, aundh road. We had a very bad experience in ordering our eureka forbes classic purifier. Firstly the delivery was late than what was promised. We had ordered they product on 14 may 2017 and the eureka forbes people had promised to deliver it on tuesday. We couldn't receive it on tuesday hence requested the service guy to deliver on wednesday. But our request was rudely received and finally the product was delivered on 20th may and the installation guy came today on 21st may. However we discovered that the machine is faulty and there is leakage in it. We tried calling the sales guy multiple times but he didn't answer our calls. The correspondent's name is pradeep.
