[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — complain against service of dr. aquaguard magna hd uv (nxt customer no [protected])

I am purchased one dr. Aquaguard magna hd uv (Nxt) water purifier on 06.07.2018 (Invoce enclosed). It was out of order on 28.05.2019. I contacted your service centre at agartala on 29.05.2019 accordingly your service people visit my premises on 30.05.2019. After checking they told filter of the same machine is blocked and need change. Though it is under warranty they demand cost of the spare. Myself contact over phone to your local represntative mr. Biswas at agartala (M/no. [protected]/[protected]) withour redress my complain he advice me to for amc for the next year. It is my query that, defective parts under warranty may be replaced by your company or harassed the customer. If it is not in order kindly inform me. Your early reply awaited.

Kind attention Shiraz,

Your person Mr. Suman Sarkar ([protected]) visited my place on 10.06.2019 at about 1430hrs. No action found from your end after lapse of three days. It is case of Drinking Water . Indifine period of waiting is not possible. Your early action is required.
