I complained online regarding eureka forbes purifying machine installed at my home. I got a service request no ([protected]) along with contact details of the technician, mr. Mohd farid khan. My request hasn't been attended yet also when i called mr. Mohd farid khan, he was very rude and unprofessional. He asked me again to provide my name and address inspite of my registered complaint. Further he told me bluntly that he is not the technician rather service incharge so he cannot resolve my issue and disconnected the line. When i tried to contact him again he didn't receive my call.
