I am sandeep chandra I have purchased a Aqua Guard water purifire on June 2018, I have made one complaint no [protected] on 6 April 2019 due to some smell in water. I have made another complaint no [protected] on 15 April 2019. Again I called toll free no [protected] for asking why technician not attending. I surprised to know that my both complaint mentioned above completed in company record as customer care person reply. I asked customer care person the name of technisian and date & time of completed the complaint but he said he was not able to tell details in another department and he booked another complaint no [protected] dated 17 April 2019 again he said within 2 days technisian will come. My family disturbed more than 13 days for clean water. I want to know that it is genuin. Aqua guard is a International company and service like this.
