Sir The above complaint has not yet been resolved despite repeated follow up over telephone and email to your customer care. How much time your company takes to get it resolved. For the last 10 days we are compelled to take dirty water due to your poor service. It was not expected from reputed company to cheat the consumer after selling the wrong product. We requested to replace Green RO with RO+UV but not yet replaced. I again request to replace immediately failing which I shall be compelled to go to Consumer Court/CNBC Awaz's help.
