Dear sirs, kindly refer to the complaint of consumer no.[protected] dated 15/04/19. It is stated that all the complaints since 2015 are attended by the franchise:- c. M. Enterprise, code-14763, shibpur, howrah-711102. We expect that our esteemed friend eureka forbes will take suitable action as per provision of amc and will arrange to replace the consumable (Candles) and will remove other defects as required. i purchase Genus DX in the month of Feb 2019 and from the date of installation i got the below complaints repeatedly
1. Observed Leakage
2. Water level not increases beyond 1 pointer
3. Technician not attending within 48 Hrs.
4. Repeatedly getting complaint
