[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — customer service looting money - water purifier | |
Eureka forbes customer service is very bad, they are looting money, whenever we call them for service, they will come and suggest as to change filters and if we say it's recently changed, they will make us to scare by telling, "uv bulb will blast"... I have brought aquaguard 3 years back, i have changed filters 3 times and other compete parts as well. Today the tap was broken, they auquaguard representative came, he fixed the issue and created other problem - he is asked us to change filters again.. Now i decided to put auquaguard dabba to dustbin... Was this information helpful? | |
