[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — defective filter supplied

I have purchased a filter hd ro from kanpur office but they supplied defective filter just after installation it is not working. After lodging complain rep. Attended the filter 4to5 times but all in vain, i have not used single glass of water. So, it is my humble request kindly arrange to replace the defective filter with new one.
