[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Deficient service | |||
I had called for Service assistance for re installation of Aquaguard crystal model after moving cities. This was done after repeated reminders over 1.5 months...in 2 installments. & then, I found that the fitment IS LEAKING!! On trying to complain back, I realize that an un - authorized person (a non Eureka Forbes person) was sent, who didn't even give me a proper receipt, did not provide the AMC as asked and now for past 2 weeks I have been repeatedly calling the AREA LEAD, Mr. venkat reddy to have the leakage rectified and though he assures me daily that he's sending someone, nobody has even bothered to call me. My kitchen has been flooded daily He then passed me to Mr. Ali after I spoke sternly to him after trying to get the resolution for over 2 weeks. He assured me yesterday that he'd send someone but till TODAY, nobody has contacted us. Please do something to call me on [protected] & send someone to fix that leakage.
