The Reason for placing the "Aquaguard Select Water Softener AWS 5000" is to avoid the salt deposit in the Plumbing Materials used in the house.
I was told that if any issues in the water softener will be addressed in 2 days. I raised the case ( CM[protected] on Friday, 29 July 2022.
Service Engineer visited the site on Satruday, 30 July 2022 [ He didnt idea about "Aquaguard Select Water Softener AWS 5000".
Another Service Engineer visited o Sunday 31, July 2022 and identified "STRAINER BOTTOM" has been damaged and due to which the RESINE from the VESSEL has reached the tank. Approximately 10 KG of RESINE came out of VESSEL and moved to TANK and settled there.
Now i am being asked to pay 8000 for the New RESINE to be added to VESSEL.
Service Engineer on 1 Aug 2022 informed that Faulty part has been ordered and it would take 3 Days to reach.
Its been 12 Days now, the faulty part has not been reached and water softener is not fixed till date.
I had spoke to regional Service Manager and he says " BOTTOM STRAINER gets damaged very rarely and spare is very rare.
My simple query is, If you are selling a product and you say the Spare is very rare to get. For me its looks ridiculous.
I may want to esclate this case to top Management in Euroka Forbes. Whom should i reach next to the Regional service Manager.
