Complaint marked as Resolved As I described before, my kitchen has been flooded and has damaged my kitchen units and granite flooring. The guys who attended saw the damage. As usual 'they cut off a piece of the tubing and re attached it'. They asked me to ALWAYS turn off the mains as well as the knob and left. If I turn them on again I am not sure, if I would not be flooded.again. They did not reassure me of the fact that it will not happen again! Probably the pictures I attached were self explanatory.
What makes them think they have resolved the problem, I very much like to know please!
