In the month of march 2017, the water purifier started leaking and after several calls and messages, the service team from your haripad office, in alappuzha dist, kerala the nearest office from my place, visited and resolved the complaint. But within a couple of days the purifier's panel lights went off and stopped working.
Immediately on 29th march, i contacted the haripad office. Next day a service technician inspected the purifier and told me that the ac/dc adapter was not working and needed to be replaced and asked me to contact your kollam office, which is supposed to supply the spare parts, to supply a new ac/dc adapter. Though it seemed strange i, being the needy, contacted your kollam br and requested to supply a ac/dc adapter to the haripad br.
For the next 10 days i called the kollam office every day to remind them for this. Atlast after 10 days the ac/dc adapter was replaced. But still the purifier did not start working. Then the technician told that pcb also needed to be replaced and asked me to arrange this also from your kollam office. For the last couple of week i have been contacting the kollam branch every day and for the last 2 or 3 days the kollam office stopped attending my phone.
As i am staying in a coastal area, pure drinking water requirement is a necessity, i contacted the your customer care twice one by online and another by telephone. The customer care executive at phone service assured me on 22/04/2017 that a chief service technician would attend my problem with in 2 days. But so far no action has been taken.
It is almost one month since my purifier stopped working. I have made more than 60 calls to various persons and offices in this connection. I hope you have understood the agony and mental strain i have undergoing due to this.
I would request you to resolve the issue at he earliest.

After 40 days atlast after all these numerous calls correspondences and mental tensions my Aqaguard purifier has started working again.If the service partners were more committed to the company and had professionalism in their approach they could have resolved this problem in 10 days.I think they need to be trained more in customer service ultimately to the benefit of the company. I think the people at the top of affairs who interacted with me during this period were very friendly and result oriented and I would like to thank them for their sincere efforts in resolving the problem immediately r k satheesan

Dear Sir,
The update you received is not true.On 03/05/2017 evening 2 technicians from Haripad office visited and replaced the PCB and after much effort the panel lights went on.But they left before verifying whether the purifier was working well or not as water supply was interrupted after 6 pm.They gave me their number to report any anomaly when the water supply was restored in the night.I checked the purifier as soon as the water supply was restored and found the purifier was working but there was huge leak from the purifier.I tried to contact the number they gave but it was switched off.Next morning itself I reported the matter to Haripad office and they assured that it would be resolved immediately.But till date nobody turned up.Today morning also I contacted the Haripad office to find the phone switched off.Please note on 04/05/2017 at 9.49A M a lady executive from your office(Tel number[protected] and at 7:02 PM an officer (tel no[protected] enquired about the complaint and told them about the present position that purifier was not repaired fully and it was leaking profoundly and they assured it would be resolved soon.
It is a pity that even after 40 days a minor complaint like this is still pending unresolved.
I would request you instruct the service personnel to resolve the issue immediately or else it would tarnish the image of your institution badly due to irresponsible behaviors of your staff.

On 08/05/2017 i received a message seeking my feedback about my recent service experience with the Aquaguard service personnel and i gave a rating in accordance with my experience. With in an hour i received a call from [protected] seeking the reason for my rating. I explained to him every thing happened since 29th March and the present condition of the leaking started
after the repairing done on 03/05/2017.He also assured that everything would be resolved immediately and he too gave service request no[protected].
Only assurances and service request nos and NO ACTION!
