We had requested for return and refund of the said product since there were issues with its installation and we found it a hassle. We got the confirmation for the return and refund request, but they are yet to act on it. When we try calling their customer care - it's not easy to get through to them, first of all, since it's always a long, irritating wait - they simply assure us that action would be taken.
