I have purchased the dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv on 14th juy 2017, within a week the water filter stopped filtering, i raised complaint on 17th july 2017, the technician came after 2 days after so many times calling him, the technician initially said there is an issue with adapter and took the adapter, he did not turn up after 2 days yet, when called they are saying adapter is fine, need to replace some other part and telling it will take another 2-3 days and not telling exact reason, i am frustated calling the technician and service center tired of calling more than 50 times.
