[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr. aquaguard not working no service from eureka forbes | |
I have purchase dr. Aquaguard and taken amc, the product is not working. I have raised the complaint with the customer care people, eureka forbes in september 2017, but still it is not resolved. The customer care executives give the standard reply that "sorry for the inconvenience, it will be resolved as early as possible". I have raised the complaint thrice and escalated the issue many times but no reply. I tried to call the head office but no response, they are not lifting the phone. Was this information helpful? | |
