Sir, we have purchased dr aquaguard in june 2016. from that day onwards we are facing problems with that unit. continuously we are giving complaints to the company. they are sending their service men to clear the problem. but the problem is not yet solved. actually the problem is we are unable to drink that water. purified water is having alkaline taste. so we have given that water for testing. they have given a report stating that ph of the is high and suitable for drinking. the same thing we have reported to the company. eight months gone. now they are telling that if it is with in 15 days will replace. now it is not possible to replace your unit. every time service men come and something they want to do. one did cleaning. problem not solved. other came he advised to ut external filter. problem not solved. another came he said pump is in reverse order so i have corrected it. but the problem was the same.another came he told that sv is blocked.and removed.even though the problem was the same not solved. now the unit is not working. finally, I have given a complaint about dr aquguard. complaint no is [protected].
