[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Dr. Aquaguard water purifier - poor customer care | |||
I had a lodged a complaint for repair of Dr.Aquaguard water purifier on[protected]request no.[protected]) and your technician had visited us on[protected] for inspection and informed that the adapter had to be replaced. He had again visited us on[protected] to get the AMC done after which he never turned up until[protected]. My several phone calls and repeated requests went unanswered by the technician and by that time due to urgency I got the adapter repaired by myself at my own cost, though the AMC was done. On the evening on[protected], he came to my home with a new adapter for replacement. I sent him back along with the new adapter which he had brought. Such technicians will bring disreputation to your company. I request you not to send him again for future services. I experienced a poor and highly negligent customer service.
