Received sms around a month earlier regarding mandatory service in june 2017, yet due to uv was not working those very days, service was preponed to 17 june 2017 to attend both complaint as well as the due service. During the service, though the parts were replaced, yet one of the carbon related part was not replaced due to unavailability of new and packed carbon with the service man. It was assured that same part will be replaced shortly after, but since then after repeated phone calls, no body from the company turned up to replace the part. And because of which the uv has now fully stopped working for the last one week.
This time it's the second long stretch of time in last 3 months that undue trouble is being caused on account o[censored]tterly apathetic attitude to attend services under contract period.
Kindly arrange to replace the due part (Carbon) immediately with new one and make it fully operational, lest i shall have to move the consumer court against the utterly poor services. Was this information helpful? |
