Hi, I have raised multiple requests and complaints for eureka forbes installation with the customer care at my address. I didnot receive any call back nor any update regarding the same. I have been chasing for this issue for the past 2 weeks with the customer care but i have not received any response yet. I am highly disappointed by the service provided. I want it to get escalated at the highest management level. Please note that i will share my experience on all social media platforms and make sure that no other customer suffers the same pain.
