I bought product Jan-2017 and the sale person swiped extra Rs.1000 rupees and he said it will back within a week, but i didn't get later, spoke to customer care, still i didn't money back (3 months over after buying product). i shard two time my account details as well.

Updated by Karthi Anandhan out of 2 issue one issue resolved, another issue still pending(when i bought product, sale's person said will give you Rs.1300 gift card), but still now i didn't get gift card...why ?
