Hi All,

After returning the WDX2 vacuum cleaner the sales rep told you'r money get credited with in 3-5 working days but almost it crossed 10 days still i haven't receive my money back.

what kind of service you will provide to the customer.

I am 100% sure no one TRUST Eureka(TATA) product going further if you people are doing like this.

Even the sales person is also not giving the proper response.

I have return the product on 30th NOV or 1st of DEC and almost 23 days completed. And you have updated 2 days back to checking with the HYDERABAD team but still now i have not received any update or call about my money refund.

i have raised a complaint through the customer care 97677876, 97944238 but still i didn't receive any update.

I could see the status as of the complaint is resolved but without providing the solution.
