[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — failure to return service aquaguard water purifier | |
Mr. Sreehari service person eureka forbes mobile number -[protected] came on 07/07/17. The said water purifier was inspected by him, he was not able to pin out the fault. He admitted that the machine look new after inspecting the filter since it has been barely used for four months after purchase. He had promised to return the machine after repair on 09/07/17. Had inquired with mr. Sreehari, initially he told that they are not able to find out the reason what is exact problem with machine. Later he is not responding to my call. Please see the attached file - receipt of taking the machine for repair. 18 days after no response, no machine. Dr. Suresh kumar.
