[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — faulty product delivered and not reverting after so many complaints to even give a service visit or call | |||
Myself garvita bhatnagar bought a vacuum cleaner model bravo from eureka forbes in the end of may and since then the product is not working, it gets abnormally heated and trips just after 5 minutes, i made several complaints on the customer care and everytime they assure me for technician visit within 2 working days and today one month has passed and i have not been given any solution, none of the technician visited and my money has been totally wasted...
