[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Filter replacement not done in contract year | |||||
I have an iNova model aquagard which is out of warranty. I purchased an AMC last year on 4-Apr-2016. As my filter was replaced only 4 months back, the service technician told that he will replace it later or he can give filters to me. I told him to replace it later and he wrote it (Filter pending) on the AMC bill. I was out of town for last 4-5 months hence the aquagard was not in use. Recently I raised a service request ([protected]) for filter replacement. Technician(named Rahul Vishwas Borase) called me and told that filter was already replaced on system (Definitely not in actual). I am surprised & appalled at this behavior of Eureka forbes.
