R/s I am a regular user of your product for the last 10 years and presently i am using product"genius". For it's regular maintenance, i entered to an amc with m/s. Eureka forbes ltd dalibagh lucknow for two years w. E. F 11.07.18 to 10.07.20. However it is distressing to point out that authorized representative eureka forbes ltd dalibagh lucknow is not honouring contractual provision and denying to visit my home for its periodical checkup and maintenance. I request your good self to intervene into the matter and instruct your representative to attend amc otherwise i would be forced to seek direction from the appropriate platform for enforcement against the concerned party.
