[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Harassment of senior citizen regarding service contract
I am senior citizen. Water purifier ag i. Nova, customer id; [protected]. As per service contract[protected] valid up to 12/06/16. On 4/06/2015 before expiry of contract mr lalit patil local rep. Visited us & insisted new contract is required for future services, we paid 4260/-chq. 166409 icici for period 14/06/2016-13/06/2016, yesterday i have checked with bank it was credited your account on 23/06/2015, contract[protected]. On 31/08/2015 m/s shalini/mr yuvaraj asked us to renew of contracts we informed we have already paid 4260/- it was informed that there is no record of the payment in eureka forbes record. To our surprise we found m/s eureka forbes charged one year extra amount. On 1/08/2016 lalit patil along with a person came & desired to see both contracts in process he overwrote validity up to 2019 which was not acceptable as record will not corrected in your record (System). Even today till 11.25 am no conformation regarding correction in system of eureka forbes
Gist - (1) knowingly overcharging customer (2) total failure in processes & systems (3) poor customer response & feedback - only give excuse that will discuss hire ups (Is it god) (4) try to hush up the problem at local level (5) harass customer by employees of the eureka forbes.
