[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — improper functioning of instrument

Instrument not functioning properly and water leaking continuing since last 1 week. Rectification not done properly even after repeated complaints. Technicians from manu service center attended the complaint but not proper rectification done. We r receiving msg "your complaint attended". But problem still persists. Request you to resolve the issue soon.
