[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — installation not done and no response from the person

Hi, we received the aqua guard couple of days before and received an sms regarding the person assigned for installation. Had a discussion with that person and confirmed the time that the person will attend by 12 pm today. But there is no response from that assigned person today, tried reaching him couple of times and he is not picking the call. If the person is not able to attend atleast i should have been updated with information. Why should you guys assign an irresponsible person who does not have a common decency atleast to inform us, if he is not able to make it?
