[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Installation of aquaguard reviva after shifting to andhra pradesh from tamilnadu | |||||
I have shifted from chennai (Tamilnadu) to vishakhapatnam (Andhra pradesh). I raised first complaint (No. [protected]) telephonically on 16-apr-17 for reinstallation at the new address and shared the address during call. After a week, i raised complaint nos. [protected] through their website and a couple of days later, another complaint no. [protected] telephonically. Even after clarifying that the request is for reinstallation at the new address in vishakhapatnam, the service request is being assigned to chennai person who is not attending the matter but marking the complaint as resolved. This compels me to raise another request. I tried escalating the complaint on their website which also has not helped.in response to their mail quoting resolution of my complaint, i shared my feedback that the complaint is actually not resolved. I got a call in response to my feedback. I shared the complete scenario and they assured me to resolve the matter in a day. However, it has been a week past then - there is no change in the status.
