[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Installation of water purifier delayed | |||||
I had purchased eureka forbes water purifier on 20 may 2017 from their direct sales team (Sales person mane mr nagaraj). They were prompt in collecting the payment and promised to make the delivery and installation on sunday i. E. 21 may 2017. Despite constant calls they delayed and made the delivery on monday and installation is still not done. Everytime we make a call they say technician is on its way and most of the time the sales manager switches off his mobile. This is highly unacceptable and unwanted service from this brand.
