[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — leakage from new water purifier | |||||
This is wid reference to our service request no [protected]. We bought dr aquaguard magna just 3 months back n now its tank is leaking. The serviceman who visited was not able to resolve d problem. Inspite of a long "paid"discussion (Repeated phone holds as customer care ppl had no idea who visited, wen... Instead asked us d name of serviceman# n we were d ones who paid for d call) wid customer care executive yesterday n his affirmation that d problem wil b resolved by today 12pm nobody has yet visited. Such an irresponsible behavior is not expected frm a company like eukera forbes. If this is d status in 3 months... Wat is d reliability for future???
