[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — magna ro hd product complaint not resolved | |||
On 28th sept we logged a complaint with customer care on our product dr aquaguard - magna ro hd. The product is in company amc. P. Inc. No - [protected]. Order no[protected]. 3 months back the service technician came for seevicing the product, we had updated them saying the tap is partially broken and needs to be changed. Till now they have not changed it. Now it is completely broken also that there is air lock in the product because of which the water flow is not happening in the product, we are buying water from outside for drinking and food making. Even after multiple complaints with the customee care there are not responding to the complaint. This is pathetic service. Seems like they dont care at all about customers. Please fix at the earliest as there are critically ill aged people at home for whom only i got the product and i cant keep affording to buy water from outside. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The Eureka Forves team technician came, resolved the complaint. He claimed that the Eureka Forves customer care did not provide details of the complaint and hence there was some misunderstanding. Would appreciate of customer care responds on time rather than makong ua get frustrated and posting consumer complaints here.
