[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — magna ro nxt water filter | |||||
Complain booked in service request no.[protected] on 01.08.2018. The service engineer attended the request on 01.08.2018 and observed that the tds is 65 and the memron, the carbon candles needs to be changed. The product is under warranty but the engineer did not change the required parts free of cost. Daily use of water in our family is hardly about 10 to 12 litres per day. The product was purchased on 22.08.2017 but installed on 25.08.2017. No candle has ever been changed by the company in the filter till today. Was this information helpful? | |||||
