[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No action after promising an update in a request | |||||
I was promised by a representative that if I pay Bg MobiKwik I will get 5 % cash back and a free gift from the company. I have the chat conversation with the representative. Neither of these ever came and its over a month that I purchased the purifier. In fact I ended up paying 100 Rs more for the free gift delivery and processing fee. I informed customer care about it and they promised a call in 48 to 72 hours. Seems you have too many customers to address that you never came back even after a week. Or should I say too many complaints that you have stopped addressing them. You people are pathetic. The only way you can sell is by lying and promising ####ty crap. Do I sound unprofessional?
