[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No service in AMC | |||
Contract receipt no. 26216377 Dated 30.05.2016 Dear sir/madam, I got amc done on 30.05.2016 for an year but got only one service during the whole year that too on the same date of payment and amc done. Before the expiry date of my amc i called to the service centre of my area. Believe me, i am exaxerating have called this person shiv shankar kumar at least 10times. Every time he is assuring to come but didn't come till now. Have tried other customer care nos also but nothing turned up fruitful. If the company can't provide the proper service then they should not do amc. I request u to please look into the matter seriously and do the needful. Regards, Divya shah.
