[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No Service in spite having AMC
Have Lodged complaint No.[protected] on[protected] for not functioning of water purifier, company Technician visited on[protected] and informed that a part named PCB requires change. After that company is not bothered to replace the part and till today machine is not working. In spite of sending several emails company is not responding. I have AMC with the company for the period from 18/04/19 to 17/04/21. Contract receipt number 0479521. My customer code is [protected].
