[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No service received for "service contract" of rs.4080 for my crystal uv water purifier | |||
Hi, I had purchase "Eureka Forbes Aquasure Crystal UV Water Purifier" in 2014. Also taken "Service Contract" of Rs.4080 on 23-Nov-2014 for the service period of 23-Nov-2014 to 23-Nov-2017. But I haven't received any service till date. I had raised multiple requests but no response from "Eureka Forbes" service center. Ichalkaranji(Dist. - Kolhapur Maharashtra)Local Eureka Forbes Service Vendor not responding to calls. He keeps telling that he recently has taken Service Center from some other Vendor and don't have data regarding Customers and their models. Till date, I haven't received any job card record from "Eureka Forbes" for "Contract Service" I purchased for Rs.4080. Even Service Vendor not having any data for this.
