[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — No service response

I have placed compliant several times for service under warranty from 26th march 2017 but unfortunately there is no response till today. I bought the aquasure maxima ro +uv from amazon online shop on 20th march 2017. Every time they give a new date but don't respond. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Is company liable to give service across the country?
