I'd opted to take service contract for my aqua guard nova gold water purifier and entrusted the amount with the service agent who visited my site on aug 2018. Due to bad weather he was unable to complete the service set-up on the same day and he left committing to come back next day along with a spare part which he needs to collect from his ho. Since then he has been absconding and im unable to reach him nor his superiors at his office.
Even the ag area manager was non responsive inspite of multiple calls and multiple follow ups. Such a pathetic state of service which is deteriorating as every passing year. The agents & local service center are keen on collecting the money upfront and then they revert based on their whims & fancies Was this information helpful? |
