[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — non installation of ro | |
It is submitted that i purchased eureka forbes ro on 13 october 17 from airforce canteen, racecourse, new delhi. Representative of the company confirmed me that the ro will be installed on priority. However till today ie 17 october 17 my ro has notbeen installed. On 16 october 17 i spoke to customer care eurekaforbes and i was again confirmed that the ro will be installed today itself ie on 16 october17. I specifically informed both of them that i have small kids they are falling ill because o[censored]npure water.. And requested to install the ro on priority still no action taken at company's end. Its really surprising that companies with such big name are not able to provide customer satisfaction.. If this is the state at the time of installation then one can understand the response for maintenance or servicing Was this information helpful? | |
