[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — non installation of water purifier even after ten days | |||
I'm a serving indian airforce personnel purchased a water purifer in csd canteen vizag and gave the address and contact details during purchase. Till date the purifier was not installed. I called ur service centre 7 times but ended with false promises. Today at 9.30 pm i got a call from vijayawada, a. P service centre stating since my home is a bit farer they can't come and i was asked to carry the ro to vijayawada for installation (Ridiculous isn't it)... My address vill - pedda komira, gampallagudem mandal, krishna district, andhra pradesh - 521403... Plz do some thing... I'm really upset with the service o[censored]r company... I pleases a complained to eureka Forbes. One of your company member called and number is [protected] and saying that i[censored] change the filter then only he will see the problem of tap.such a waste response from him.
