My customer number is [protected]. Currently my water purifier is under breakdown. I have raised amc on 18th june 2020 for 1 year paying amount rs.4600. Contract number: [protected]. Before raising amc, i have checked with the company's customer care, if people will come to my home for servicing and i was assured yes, post to that i have given amc.
With 1 month have gone, no one is coming to do servicing. I request concerned authorities to refund the amount if they are not able to do servicing.
I have called customer care again two times and found that they are not responding.
