[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not attending to compliant | |||
On 5th of this month my machine which is under amc (Customer code [protected] & reg contact no [protected] & [protected]) was attended by your techinican for service. After service there was waterleakage from machine and same was informed to the over phone. Next day they attended and repaired. But to our surprise now water is over flowing and heavy leakage of water is observed. Even machine is not working. The same is complained to mr. Arjuna rao (Kakinada a. P service point) Cell no [protected] on 12th of this month. He promised to depute one person to attend the same. But so far no body turned up. This is the worst service given by your people here at kakinada. We experinced this type of service earlier also... Was this information helpful? | |||
